Monica specializes in trauma focused therapy and is naturally certified to provide Trauma Focused Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (TFCBT). Monica works with people ages 0 to 40 years old. She is passionate when working with each individual client and will modify her therapy approach to what would benefit each client best to assist them to reach their treatment goals.
Monica provides compassionate, solution focused therapy to support clients who experience depression, anxiety, trauma, grief, anger management, eating disorders, family conflict, adjustment to life changes, and psychosis.
Monica provides talk therapy and enjoys incorporating art, music, play, nature, and exercise when appropriate for children.
