Lara Murphy

I am a licensed therapist in Nevada and California with over 20 years of experience and am an EMDR-Certified Therapist specializing in PTSD and complex PTSD. I use trauma-informed, evidence-based approaches to help clients process trauma, reduce distress, and build resilience.  I specialize in women’s mental health, including perimenopause and menopause, and work with teens and parents navigating ADHD and Autism Spectrum Disorder (Levels 1 and 2). As a mom of neurodiverse teens, I bring both clinical expertise and lived experience to my work.  

I offer holistic, collaborative care, including walk-and-talk therapy, and incorporate mind-body approaches and appropriate humor to support connection and healing. I also provide consultation services and am an approved secondary supervisor in Nevada.
