Dr. Melanie Jambrosic

I’m Dr. Melanie Jambrosic, a licensed clinical and sport psychologist who works with children, teens, and adults navigating anxiety, depression, perfectionism, burnout, trauma, ADHD, relationship concerns, life transitions, and performance-related challenges.

I use an integrative, evidence-based approach that incorporates cognitive behavioral therapy, mindfulness, somatic strategies, parts-based work, attachment theory, and practical skills tailored to each client.

My work focuses on helping high-functioning individuals better understand the patterns driving stress, self-criticism, emotional overwhelm, and relationship difficulties. Together, we work toward greater self-awareness, healthier relationships, improved emotional regulation, and a more sustainable way of functioning without sacrificing well-being.

I also have specialized experience working with athletes and performers around confidence, performance anxiety, pressure, mental skills, and maintaining well-being alongside high achievement.
