Alison Williams

Alison is a relationship-focused therapist that utilizes a client-centered and collaborative approach.  She is empathetic and validating while being able to challenge her clients.  Alison promotes self determination and autonomous decision making.  She works with children, teens, adults, older adults and couples.  She incorporates play and expressive arts into her therapy with children and teens.   

Alison enjoys working with clients experiencing depression, anxiety, life transitions, grief and loss, pet loss and low self-esteem.
